BEAD PATTERN MAKER
Photo conversion guide
Choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP photo. Start with a clear subject and a simple background. Pick the number of columns and rows: more cells preserve more detail but need more beads and assembly time. The first visible frame is used for supported images.
How it works
Fit whole image preserves the image and leaves empty border cells; crop to fill uses a centered crop. Auto palette estimates colors from the sampled image, while the fixed palettes use generic screen colors. Dithering mixes nearby colors to suggest gradients. Adjust brightness or contrast, then convert again. Painting changes the pattern, not the original photo.

↗02Palettes & bead counts
Palette symbols A–X and codes 01–24 belong to this pattern. They are not Perler, Hama, Artkal or other manufacturer color numbers. RGB screen colors are approximate and vary with the display and material. Compare your actual beads before choosing supplies.
↗03Printing & assembly
Print creates numbered chart pages plus a color key and shopping list. Charts use 5 mm cells for readability regardless of bead pitch, so they are reference charts rather than actual-size pegboard guides. Select A4 or US Letter in both the tool and print dialog. Use Save as PDF if you want a file.
